To check what your screen resolution is (in Windows), from the Start Button you must go to Settings, then Control Panel, then click the Display icon, then click the settings tab. Where it says "Screen Area", use the slider to adjust the setting to 1024x768. Please do not use any resolution higher than 1024x768.
